About
Jose Silva
My #1 priority is to take care of each client as if they were the only one.
Finance has always been my professional focus. For 25 years prior to founding Silva Fiduciary in 2016, I developed careers in management consulting, banking and wealth management in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. An MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge have provided me with a strong foundation to make the most of my diverse professional experience.
It is important to me to be active in my community and contribute as much as I can. I consider my time teaching finance as an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; leading as the former President of the Daytona Beach West Rotary Club; and working as an active member of local not-for-profit and faith organizations to be some of my most significant and fulfilling experience. Periodically, I hold financial workshops for high school students to help reduce the woefully high levels of financial illiteracy of our young people.
As the eldest of eight siblings, I have always cherished the family as the core of everything I do. My wife Diana and I have been blessed with two children: Natalia, 28 and Sebastian, 24. Another great passion of mine is speaking foreign languages and traveling! So far, I am fluent in five languages and have visited more than 40 countries. I also enjoy audiobooks, photography, and motorcycling adventures.
