Finance has always been my professional focus. For 25 years prior to founding Silva Fiduciary in 2016, I developed careers in management consulting, banking and wealth management in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. An MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge have provided me with a strong foundation to make the most of my diverse professional experience.
It is important to me to be active in my community and contribute as much as I can. I consider my time teaching finance as an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; leading as the former President of the Daytona Beach West Rotary Club; and working as an active member of local not-for-profit and faith organizations to be some of my most significant and fulfilling experience. Periodically, I hold financial workshops for high school students to help reduce the woefully high levels of financial illiteracy of our young people.
As the eldest of eight siblings, I have always cherished the family as the core of everything I do. My wife Diana and I have been blessed with two children: Natalia, 27 and Sebastian, 23. Another great passion of mine is speaking foreign languages and traveling! So far, I am fluent in five languages and have visited more than 40 countries. I also enjoy audiobooks, photography, and motorcycling adventures.
